Basic eligibility prerequisites

You must

Be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
Be at least 21 years old.
Possess a minimum of 4 GCE O-Level passes (across up to two sittings), GCE A-Levels, a local polytechnic diploma, a local university degree, or Level 5 and above in all five components of the WPLN assessment.

You must not

Be an undischarged bankrupt.
Hold any criminal record of fraud or dishonesty.
Have any record of complaints or convictions.

No. It is designed for people at various stages, including those exploring the RES course, preparing for the exam, newly qualified RESs and recent agents looking for clearer direction.

Will I be pressured to make a decision on the day?

No. The seminar is a chance to learn, ask questions and decide whether a real estate career deserves further exploration.

What will the career seminar be about?

Each seminar features two successful ERA agents sharing their own career journey and how they built their business. The guest agents and their stories change each time, but the format stays consistent.

If I do decide to join ERA, is there financial support to get started?

Yes. ERA covers CEA registration and application fees for new agents, along with training, tech tools and marketing support during your first year.
